1-3 Years of experience in Linux Server Administration.
Linux trained and certified (RHCE/RHCSA) from a reputed institution.
Incident, Change and Request management.
Preparation of Technical documentation.
Good experience in Linux Administration.
Good knowledge in bash scripting.
Experience in ticketing systems.
Experience in scheduling tools like Control M or UC4 is an added advantage.
Experience in automation tools like Ansible is an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a good team player.
Flexible, can-do attitude and willing to take responsibility.
Microsoft tools : Outlook, Word, Excel (Desirable).
Demonstrably high focus on customer service.
Eager to learn and update ones knowledge.
