Troubleshooting network related problems and diagnosing and solving software issues.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and documenting relevant reports.
Handle inbound queries pertaining to the network & application issues.
Working with Engineering on customer driven product requests & enhancements and improving product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
Good communication in English & excellent telephone etiquette.
Experience with customer service environment preferred.
Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Flexible to work in night shift.
